Welded Steel Pipes

Electric Resistance Welded (ERW) steel pipes are UL Listed & FM approved and manufactured conforming to ASTM A53 Grade A & B, BS 1387:1985 equip. EN 10255 and API 5L standards.

ERW pipes produced with Hot Rolled (HR) Coil and consistent welding done by a high recurrence welding machine. The weld bead (inside) debarred for specific sizes, if necessary. Moreover, the welded pipes subsequent to cooling are cut in suitable length later accomplishing its sphericity and stated outer diameter. Hydrostatic testing of pipes is done to distinguish leaks before coating or galvanizing.
