Seamless Steel Pipes

UL Listed & FM approved Seamless carbon steel pipes manufactured conforming to ASTM A53 Grade A & B and ASTM A106 Grade A, B & C standards.

Seamless Steel Pipes produced through the piercing of a solid rod of steel and does not have any welding joint, therefore, considered as the most durable pipes for long term applications. Also seamless pipes supplied in Hot Dipped Galvanized, Black and Powder Coating finish.

Welded Steel Pipes

Electric Resistance Welded (ERW) steel pipes are UL Listed & FM approved and manufactured conforming to ASTM A53 Grade A & B, BS 1387:1985 equip. EN 10255 and API 5L standards.

ERW pipes produced with Hot Rolled (HR) Coil and consistent welding done by a high recurrence welding machine. The weld bead (inside) debarred for specific sizes, if necessary. Moreover, the welded pipes subsequent to cooling are cut in suitable length later accomplishing its sphericity and stated outer diameter. Hydrostatic testing of pipes is done to distinguish leaks before coating or galvanizing.

Threaded Fittings

Malleable Iron fittings conforming to BS EN 1562 and Ductile Iron fittings conforming to ASTM A536 are in compliance with international approvals such as UL & FM. Also these fittings available in Black & Galvanized finishing.

Grooved Fittings

Ductile Iron fittings conforming to ASTM A 536 Grade 65-45-12 applicable for fire-fighting/HVAC/Water with UL & FM approvals. Also these fittings available in Red & Galvanized finishing.

Butt-Welded Fittings

Butt-Welded fittings conforming to ASTM A234 Grade WPB and flanges conforming to ASTM A105 are used in a Water/HVAC piping system for changing direction, branching and also to be mechanically joined into the system.

In addition, Butt-welded fittings widely used in high pressure and high temperature application and flanges are mainly used to connect pipes to valves.
